Diatrue is a variety of bacterial antigen suspensions for use in slide or tube agglutination and testes to detect, identify, and quantitate antibody level from patients with suspected Salmonella, Brucella, or Rickettisal infections. In the presence of the appropriate antibodies in the patient’s serum, the reagent suspension will coagulate to aid visible results. Standardized suspension of pathogenic bacteria is provided in a convenient dropper bottle for ease of use.

Somatic antigen (Group H) is colored red for identification and ease of reading.
